“This listing includes the Rowi International pivoting flash adaptor only. This adaptor may be mounted to a tripod using the standard 0.25 in. screw located on the bottom or the adaptor may be mounted in a standard cold shoe. A flash is then mounted using its shoe adaptor. The item is in excellent condition with the following issues noted: light scuffing and scratches on the surface (most likely from the storage in a drawer or at the bottom of a bag for an extended period). This slight wear does not affect the performance of the adaptor. The locking bolt can be loosened easily which allows the attached flash move just about any way in space around the ball head which can really come in handy when placing off camera flashed in proper position.”
